1. The Purpose of Use of Personal Information


Dubu processes personal information exclusively for the purposes outlined below, committing not to use the data for any other reasons. If the purpose of use changes, we will promptly update our privacy policies accordingly. Here's how we handle your information:


  • Website Membership and Management: We process personal information to confirm your intent to register, provide member services which require identification and authentication, maintain membership status, and verify parental consent when collecting information from children under 14.
  • Provision of Goods and Services: We handle personal information for the delivery of goods, provision of services, and the execution of payments and settlements.


2. What Information We Collect : Items and Methods


Dubupang collects only the essential information necessary for using its services, with the explicit consent of its users.


In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our application, dubu may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:


  • First and last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Login ID
  • Service usage date
  • Access log

If you purchase dubu's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

dubu may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. 3. No Third - Party Advertising


At Dubu, we meticulously design our apps to enrich children's learning experiences without distractions. To ensure a focused environment, we have excluded third-party advertisements from our apps. Access to in-app purchases or upgrades, as well as external links to our App Store presence, websites, or social media platforms, is restricted through a parental gate to safeguard our young users. Furthermore, we commit to not engaging in third-party advertising outside our apps to maintain a secure and interruption-free learning atmosphere for your children.



4. No Sale of Data


dubu does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

dubu may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to dubu, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

dubu may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to : (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on dubu or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of dubu; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of dubu, or the public.



5. Tracking User Behavior


dubu may keep track of the mobile application and pages our users visit within dubu, in order to determine what dubu services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within dubu to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.



6. E-mail Communications


From time to time, dubu may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from dubu or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from dubu, you may opt out of such communications by "replying STOP"



7. You Rights and Your Privacy Choices


You have certain rights regarding the personal information we hold about you, subject to local law. These may include the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of, or receive a portable copy in usable electronic format of your personal information. You may also have a right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection or privacy regulator.



8. How We Protect Your Information


We take the security of your information seriously, and use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. We also limit access to information about you to those employees who reasonably need access to it to provide products and services to you, or in order to do their jobs. However, because no security can be 100% effective, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any information we have collected from you.



9. Children's Online Privacy Protection


dubu service is directed to children under 13 and you collect personal information from them, and therefore we comply with COPPA(Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). We may collect


  • Full name
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Service usage date
  • Access log

to recommend adequate type of games and levels for the child. Name, age and gender will be filled out by one's parents, and service usage date and access log will be collected passively by Firebase.


1) Parental rights


“Direct notice” of dubu's information practices will be given to parents before collecting information from the child. Only after we get the parent's verifiable consent we will collect date from the child. We will get the verifiable consent through answering a series of knowledge-based challenge questions that would be difficult for someone other than the parent to answer. Even after parents have agreed parent have ongoing rights.


If a parent ask we will:


  • Give them a way to review the personal information collected from their child
  • Give them a way to revoke their consent and refuse the further use or collection of personal information from their child
  • Any time you’re communicating with a parent about personal information already collected from their child, take reasonable steps to ensure you’re dealing with the child’s parent.
  • At the same time, make sure the method you use to give parents access to information collected from their kids isn’t unduly burdensome on the parent.

2) Security of kids' Personal Information


To comply with COPPA dubu:


  • Hires privacy staff member and who manages and build system to protect confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information collected from children.
  • Minimizes the data we collect in the first place.
  • Takes reasonable steps to release personal information only to service providers and third parties capable of maintaining its confidentiality, security, and integrity. Get assurances they’ll live up to those responsibilities.
  • Hold on to personal information only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
  • Securely dispose of it once you no longer have a legitimate reason for retaining it.

dubu reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
